Forked image: added ExcludeNodes + FascistFirewall (2026-02-19 21:40)

What: Added TOR_EXCLUDE_NODES and TOR_FASCIST_FIREWALL environment variable support to the medusa-proxy image.

Why: Upstream image only supports TOR_EXIT_NODES (include list). NeXuS Medusa needs exclude functionality for the No-Eyes profile (exclude 14-eyes countries) and FascistFirewall for restrictive networks.

How: - proxy/tor.py: Added env var parsing for TOR_EXCLUDE_NODES (same pattern as exit nodes - comma-separated country codes → {CC} format) and TOR_FASCIST_FIREWALL (0/1 toggle) - templates/tor.cfg: Added ExcludeExitNodes {{ exclude_exit_nodes }} and {{ fascist_firewall }} directives - Fixed upstream bug: template used {{ exit_nodes }} but render passed new_exit_nodes
