Overview¶
Implemented Reticulum cryptographic mesh networking support for NeXuS Medusa Proxy. Reticulum provides a decentralized, encrypted communication layer that complements Tor/I2P/Yggdrasil networks.

Health Checking¶
The working property performs comprehensive health verification:
- Process Check: Verify PID exists and process is running
- Config Check: Ensure configuration directory exists
- Log Check: Parse log file for initialization success markers
- Looks for "started" or "transport instance" keywords
- Confirms daemon initialized properly

- True - Fully operational and routing
- False - Not running or initialization failed

Network Topology¶
Each Reticulum instance enables three interfaces:
- AutoInterface - Automatically discovers nearby Reticulum nodes via multicast
- UDP Interface - Broadcasts presence and accepts broadcast discovery
- TCP Server Interface - Accepts incoming connections from remote nodes
This creates a resilient mesh where nodes automatically discover and connect to each other.
