Purpose: this session (07-13) turned talk into a ready-to-fire plan. Read this first Monday and go straight to build — the recon is already done.

🎯 FIRST BUILD TASK — the DivaChain sodium/Alpine PR (the litmus test)

The forge-first move: turn our Alpine fix into a reviewable git artifact so the next Konrad contact is a PR he has to click, not docs he'll never open. Merit, not narrative.

The patch (minimal + faithful — ONLY the sodium fix, none of our debug/container cruft): - deno.json → add "nodeModulesDir": "auto" and "allowScripts": ["npm:classic-level@3.0.0", "npm:sodium-native@5.1.0"] - src/config.ts → add import sodium from 'npm:sodium-native@5.1.0' + sodium.ready(); - Exclude our debug_performance/DEBUG_PERFORMANCE, Dockerfiles, devnet compose, extra Log.trace('… created') — those are ours, not for upstream.

Base / mechanics (verified today): - Upstream develop-deno HEAD = 226fda3 ("fixed bootstrapping, joining, syncing"), frozen since 2026-04-29 — whole repo + i2p-sam + i2p all silent since. - gh auth = hackenstacks, scope repo, ssh — push-capable. Fork → branch → commit → push → stage PR body. - ⚠️ Outward trigger (actually opening the PR) = Anon's call. Prep only until he fires.

📄 TRUTH MANUAL — 2 corrections BEFORE any delivery

Diffed our April-21 local vs upstream today. Upstream moved: - reputation → reliability (rename + reconception: reliability = regular status msgs, decaying window). Manual still says "reputation." - API: /network/reputation/:origin? now param'd; new /state search route; fetchFromApi returns Response|false; createOwnTx now async; global crash handlers in main.ts. - ❗ The good blueprint mechanisms (network-in-debt · proof-of-storage · 24h-to-standing · slow-consensus) are conversation/blueprint level — NOT in the code (repo still stake-weighted PoS). Vision moved; commits didn't follow. Put the spec on a forge so it stops evaporating.

🧠 STRATEGIC FRAME (carry into every Diva decision)

  • The scene is a speculation machine in a tech costume. Engage the engineer (Konrad) at the code/PR/forge layer — never the face (the Diva / poss. QueenZahra95), which is the capture vector.
  • They print. You settle. A chain that can't be pumped/rugged repels the parasites by construction — the tech is the filter.
  • Konrad read: not a con, not lost faith — a disappointed believer being metabolized by the orbit he meant to avoid. Our talks moved his design; the forge is how we keep it real.
  • Nose runs both ways: smells-like-shit (rot) vs smells-like-nothing (honest/bounded/real that the casino calls boring).

  4. Then: multi-forge tooling / Konrad send / mechanism-spec-to-forge as Anon directs.
